From humble beginnings to Nationwide impact
e-Learner Uganda was founded in 2012 with a simple yet powerful vision: to Transform Education in Uganda through technology. What started as a small initiative has grown into a comprehensive digital education ecosystem serving thousands of students, teachers, and other communities across the country.
Our journey began when our founders recognized the growing digital divide in Uganda's education system. While urban schools were gradually adopting technology, rural and underserved communities were being left behind. We set out to change this by developing affordable, accessible, and sustainable ICT solutions tailored to the Ugandan context.
Over the years, we've evolved from providing basic computer training to developing a full ecosystem of digital education solutions. Today, we offer integrated platforms for e-commerce (e-Shop), digital libraries (e-Library), and online e-learning service (e-Learning), creating a seamless educational experience for all stakeholders.
Our approach has always been community-driven. We work closely with schools, teachers, parents, and local leaders to understand their unique challenges and develop solutions that truly meet their needs. This collaborative approach has been key to our success and impact.

e-Learner Uganda is founded with a mission to bridge the digital divide in Ugandan education through basic computer training programs.
We establish our first formal partnership with a rural school, providing complete ICT setup and teacher training for 50 educators.
We begin developing our own curriculum-aligned digital learning materials tailored to the Ugandan education system.
Our programs reach over 50 schools across five regions of Uganda, impacting more than 10,000 students.
We launch our comprehensive E-Learning platform in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, enabling remote learning nationwide.
Celebrating a decade of impact with over 200 schools transformed, 5,000 teachers trained, and 100,000+ students empowered.
We launch our complete educational ecosystem with E-Shop, E-Library, and E-Learning platforms for seamless digital education.
