Project Description
In collaboration with SAENGDONG EDUCATION/HANGUL TO THE WORLD from the Republic of Korea, eLEARNER UGANDA is spearheading the implementation of AI Sound Pen Technology, a revolutionary device designed for language education. This initiative comes at a crucial time when the East African Community (EAC), including Uganda, is striving for regional integration and economic development.
On July 5th, 2023, the East African Community emphasized Swahili learning for regional unity. Uganda, directed by the Cabinet, integrates Swahili into its curriculum. AI Talking Pen Technology is introduced to enhance language education, supported by collaborative efforts for diverse learning needs.
eLEARNER UGANDA, in collaboration with Saengdong Education, is committed to promoting a culture of high-quality educational materials. Through the utilization of AI Talking Pen Technology, the initiative aims to provide engaging and accurate language learning resources. Beyond Swahili, the project endeavors to expand its scope to include Korean, Chinese, Russian, English, and other languages, thereby catering to diverse linguistic needs within Uganda's educational landscape.

While the ministry is making good progress with the training of teachers with a new Swahili language syllabus, their task will be greatly improved with an easy to use technology device, such as the AI Talking Pen (Talking Pen). eLEARNER UGANDA with its partners Saengdong education is introducing a high quality publishing culture that pursues only lively and correct education to ease teaching and learning of languages. Additionally other languages to be taught and Publish high quality materials are Korean Language, Chinese, Russian, English and Swahili.
Introducing the 'New Gwiyeol TOEIC' for college students and the general public, 'IQ⋅EQ Challenging Chinese Character Series', 'Saja Sohak' for Advanced Chinese Characters, and various Korean language study programs, including 'Hangul Love', 'Korean English growing in fun fairy tales', 'Live Daily Bible', 'Bible Coloring Study', 'Talk Tok Saengdong Bible Series – A gift of promise for us (Old Testament), a gift of love (New Testament)', 'Bible Song', all integrated with a talking pen.
