e-Learner Uganda, established in 2012, is dedicated to delivering educational technology solutions to the Ugandan education sector. Initially, there was no clear government strategy for ICT adoption in schools. Today, the Ministry of Education and Sports is implementing a Digital Agenda to integrate EduTech solutions in schools and teacher training facilities. e-Learner Uganda collaborates with the ministry to standardize teaching methodologies, support the national curriculum with technology, and promote students' personal development. Embracing fourth industrial revolution technologies, including AI, we partner with global tech developers from countries such as South Korea and Austria to provide customized solutions for Ugandan schools.

At e-Learner Uganda, we take pride in our successful projects, including the Computers 4 Kids initiative, which has equipped numerous schools with essential technology. Our ICDL training programs have enhanced digital literacy for both teachers and students. We’ve also advanced hardware and software infrastructure in schools by setting up modern computer labs and providing up-to-date software. These efforts are designed to foster a more connected and skilled generation.
In 2012, e-Learner Uganda became a master franchise for the Computers 4 Kids system, with offices based in Cape Town, South Africa, with a strong and dynamic curriculum development team, which consists of highly qualified and experienced educators, and consultants in education and ICT fields
ICDL is the pre-eminent internationally certified and recognised qualification and this was delivered to lecturers and students at UICT, KCCA Education Services and many others. It teaches the commonly used computer technologies, including Word, Excel, email and the internet.
Affordable Laptops: e-Learner Uganda, with U-Connect Uganda, provided learners and teachers with laptops at a subsidised price using flexible payment terms that were convenient to teachers and learners to help them own laptops..
